U.S. Investment Immigration (EB-5 Program)

The EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program, established by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), allows overseas investors to obtain a U.S. green card by investing in qualified enterprises that create jobs and support economic growth.

Basic Requirements:

• Age 21 or above

• No criminal record worldwide

• Minimum investment of USD 800,000

• Investment in a new enterprise under a USCIS-approved Regional Center, creating at least 10 full-time jobs for U.S. workers
